Subject	Safety boost during hot days

Message	Yesterday on the freeway my car went into safety boost. I don't run the ac, The car felt hot but doesn't overheat. How can I tell if I'm running stock intercoolers without taking the bumper off? I'm boosting 14psi on stock turbos. I'm guessing it's the intercoolers?
